Support Staff Payroll Processing Change
Beginning July 1, 2016, an hourly employee will work and then get paid for the actual number of hours worked. The following information is provided to aid in understanding this process and how it will affect you. If you have any questions, please direct them to email@example.com.

Where: Central Office Board Room
Time: 10:00 a.m.
If you are a Teacher or other 9/10 month position employee retiring at the end of the 2015-16 school year your insurance will run through your summer paychecks for an end date of August 31, 2016.
If you are in a 12 month position your insurance coverage ends at the end of the month of your last day worked.
If you are unable to attend the meeting I will mail information or you can schedule an appointment and stop by. Payments for continued coverage will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. A VOIDED check will be needed to set up your coverage.

Employee benefit forms and information can be found on the Business Department's page on Moodle--do a search for the Business Department course. (To sign into Moodle, your user id is the first part of your email address, i.e. without the @wsdr4.org. The password is the same as your email password.)
To log in to this site, you must enter your Employee Identification Number (EID) which is your district ID number. The number can be found when you view your personal & W4 information in the Staff Portal. (Retirees: Your EID is your social security number.) Your PIN is set to the last four digits of your SSN.
